Terms of Service

1. The service

RSalut is a tool for recording and tracking assets, liabilities, rentals, money transfers and documents. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
• Keep your password and passcode confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Organizations and members

Data belongs to the organization it was entered in, and every member of that organization can see it. Organization administrators decide who is invited and what role they have, and are responsible for removing members who should no longer have access.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of the data and files you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to operate the service for you.
• You are responsible for the content you add, including personal data about other people such as tenants, and for having a lawful basis to record it.
• Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or content you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not try to access other organizations' data, probe or bypass security, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use automated means to overload the service or scrape data you are not authorized to access.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party services

Some features connect to third parties, such as brokers (Interactive Brokers, eToro), market price providers and map services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions.

7. No financial, legal or tax advice

Values, exchange rates, performance figures, net worth and reports are estimates based on the data you enter and on third-party prices that may be delayed or wrong. They are for information only and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Check important figures independently before acting on them.

8. Availability and backups

We aim to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of important documents and records; you can export asset lists as CSV.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions made using information shown in the service.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
